Nearly zero real wage growth for the american workers since the 1980s

It is a really shocking message. It seems that the median wages and salaries of workers in the United States are stagnating since the 1980s. Contrary to this, the real GDP per capita of the United States has grown very fast. It doubled since the 1980s.
